





Hi I’m Christy.
As a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Women’s Mind + Body Wellness Coach I have seen countless moms suffering from lower back issues due to poor strength of the deep core and pelvic muscles. Having had two babies myself, I deeply understand how the combination of pregnancy, childbirth, hormones, stress, and the physical demands of caring for young children creates the perfect storm for lower back flare-ups.
After seeing so many women struggle and facing some of the same challenges myself, I became determined to create a solution to help moms build their core and pelvic strength in less than 10 minutes/day in order to reduce lower back problems as well as prevent worsening problems down the road.
